Mary Ann (Arini)
Mauriello was raised by Sicilian-born
parents, whose passion was cooking, eating
and spending family time in the kitchen.
The family passion led
them to start Pino’s Place Trattoria in
Castle Rock, Colorado in 1993.
Mary Ann along with her parents,
Pino and Pina, brother Tony, and children
Laura and Joe started the restaurant where
many were able to appreciate the family’s
love for a true Italian touch, food, and
laughter.
To this day, her mother Pina (age 90!)
still cooks and contributes new ideas and
recipes from her family back in Italy and
Sicily. Mary Ann’s son Joe inherited
the Arini family passion and always
contributes his expertise and
entrepreneurial ideas, as well as husband
Jack who brings his Italian heritage to the
plate.
Mary Ann wishes to continue this
legacy through her catering. Not your
typical catering company!
